What we coat
A coating for every concrete surface
Garages, basements, patios and driveways. We grind the old concrete, fix the cracks and coat it, usually in one day.

Garages
Oil, road salt and hot tires don’t hurt it. Most garages are done in one day.

Basements
Handles basement moisture better than carpet or epoxy, and brightens the room.

Patios
Slip-resistant and UV-stable, so sun won’t yellow it and rain won’t make it slick.

Driveways
Stands up to road salt, plow blades and hot tires.

Commercial
Showrooms, warehouses, shops and restaurants, coated overnight or over a weekend.
Why Comer & Cross
Why homeowners pick Comer & Cross
10+ Million square feet installed so far. The crew that coats your floor works for us, the warranty is ours, and so is the Service Center that answers if anything goes wrong.
Our own crews, never subcontractors
A trained Comer & Cross crew does the install. You deal with one company from the estimate to the final walkthrough.
1-day installation
Polyurea and polyaspartic cure in hours, not days. Most garages, basements and patios are ground, coated and walkable by evening.
America’s strongest coating process
The polyurea basecoat flexes as the slab moves, so hot tires, dropped tools and road salt don’t pop it loose the way they do epoxy.
15-year warranty
In writing, and it transfers if you sell the house. If something goes wrong, our Service Center sends our own crew back.
16 decorative flake finishes
Sixteen flake blends, from light Shoreline to dark Maverick. Each gets a UV-stable clear topcoat, so the color holds up in sunlight.
$0 down, 0% financing
Monthly payment plans on approved credit. Your estimator walks you through them at the visit.

The system
Four layers, built to outlast epoxy
Each layer bonds to the one below and cures in hours. Polyurea underneath for strength and flex, polyaspartic on top for UV and chemical resistance. Together they are up to 4× stronger than ordinary epoxy.

- Polyaspartic topcoatThe clear, UV-stable finishing layer. Locks in the flake, resists chemicals and hot-tire pickup, and wipes clean.
- Decorative flakeBroadcast to full coverage while the base is wet. 16 blended colors; adds texture and slip resistance.
- Polyurea basecoatThe structural layer. Flexible, high-adhesion and far stronger than epoxy, so it will not peel or crack with your concrete.
- Prepared concreteDiamond-grind profiling plus crack and pit repair. It’s the step DIY kits skip and the reason our floors last.

Excellent work from start to finish. They cleaned up everything before they left and went over the curing process also. Thanks Kasey and Rod for your excellent work. Job well done.

Very professional. The job looks great. I am glad I got my new shed done.

I had my new floor installed and chose a custom color pattern. It's even better than I could have imagined! The guys did such a good job on the installation. I'm half tempted to not put anything back in my garage. The picture doesn't even remotely do it justice. It just sparkles!

My garage floor was heavily damaged and stained. Comer & Cross did a great job. I was extremely happy with the final product. Of course I drifted by every half hour or so to see what was going on. The employees were happy to answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. From pitted to perfect in 1 day. They truly did. 10 out of 10.

Reasonable price. Jake Rieger and Ben Clark did a wonderful job on our garage, driveway, porch and sidewalk, about 1,500 sq. ft., all in two days. They worked over 12 hours yesterday. We couldn't be happier with the end results. I highly recommend this company and especially these two guys.

Just had our garage done and I absolutely love their work! The workers were professional and thorough, and the price was fair with top quality. After searching many other companies, this proved to be the best decision. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

Good questions
Let’s clear things up
Can my floor really be coated in one day?
Yes, for most garages, basements and patios. The crew grinds, repairs and coats in one visit because polyurea and polyaspartic cure in hours. You can walk on it that evening and park on it after 24 to 48 hours.
How much does a concrete floor coating cost?
It depends on the square footage, the shape the concrete is in and whether an old coating has to come off. We don’t guess over the phone. A free in-home visit takes 30 to 60 minutes, and you get a written quote that’s good for a year.
How is polyurea / polyaspartic different from epoxy?
Epoxy is rigid, takes days to cure and yellows in sunlight. That’s why it chips, peels and lifts under hot tires. Our polyurea basecoat flexes with the slab and is up to 4× stronger, and the polyaspartic topcoat is UV-stable, so the color holds indoors or out.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. $0 down, 0% interest financing for 12 months is available on approved credit. Ask your estimator for current plans and details.
Is the coating slippery when wet?
Not with the flake finish. The flake leaves a slight texture that grips when it’s wet, which is why we use it on patios too.
What warranty comes with the floor?
Every floor comes with our 15-year warranty in writing, and our own Service Center handles any claims. Your estimator can show you the full terms.
