Every Comer & Cross floor is backed by a written warranty and a dedicated Service Center. Here is what it covers and how to use it.
What is covered
Adhesion and product failure (peeling, delamination, hot-tire pickup and loss of bond) under normal residential use for the full warranty term.
Transferable
The warranty transfers to the next owner of your home, a real selling point.
Serviced by us
Warranty work is done by our own crews through the Service Center, at no charge.
What is not covered
- Damage from structural slab movement, hydrostatic pressure or flooding
- Gouges from dropped sharp objects or metal plow / shovel blades
- Surface scratching from dragging heavy equipment without protection
- Changes to the concrete after installation (cutting, drilling, anchoring)
How to make a claim
Submit a request through the Service Center with a few photos. A specialist responds within one business day and schedules an inspection if needed.
