Our polyurea basecoat cures in hours, not days, so we can coat a bay, a showroom or a kitchen overnight or over a weekend. The polyaspartic topcoat resists chemicals, abrasion and UV, and with no grout lines, the floor is easy to keep up to cleaning standards. The system
Four layers, built to outlast epoxy
Each layer bonds to the one below and cures in hours. Polyurea underneath for strength and flex, polyaspartic on top for UV and chemical resistance. Together they are up to 4× stronger than ordinary epoxy.
- Polyaspartic topcoatThe clear, UV-stable finishing layer. Locks in the flake, resists chemicals and hot-tire pickup, and wipes clean.
- Decorative flakeBroadcast to full coverage while the base is wet. 16 blended colors; adds texture and slip resistance.
- Polyurea basecoatThe structural layer. Flexible, high-adhesion and far stronger than epoxy, so it will not peel or crack with your concrete.
- Prepared concreteDiamond-grind profiling plus crack and pit repair. It’s the step DIY kits skip and the reason our floors last.

If you are on the fence about getting your patio flooring poly coated, you should contact Comer and Cross!!! Not only is the finished work beyond beautiful, the customer service is just amazing!!! We were supposed to get it done a few weeks ago but Mother Nature had other plans. The communication that Moe (crew leader) had with me was so professional and beyond accommodating. He was even going to come on his day off (Sunday) two weeks in a row to get it done. Moe and Damian came today and I knew it was gonna look good, but I am blown away how amazing it looks!!! The two of them worked in the 95-degree heat and were so efficient and super friendly!!! I'm so excited to begin using our patio. If we do our garage floor I would only go with them.

Very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Used them to coat our garage, which they did a great job on. They may be a little more than some other companies, but they certainly do a great job and great attention to detail. We got quotes from other companies that were higher and they did not seem to be as knowledgeable or do as good a job as Comer. Would recommend again for any service they provide.

We had 2 projects done: our basement and our garage. Looking back on my before pictures, our garage was pretty bad. We had rust-pitted concrete from the salt and weather. Now they look amazing.

Do you provide line striping or logos?
Yes. Safety striping, walkways, bay numbers and logo inlays can be built into the system.
Are you insured and able to provide COIs?
Fully insured; certificates of insurance are available on request for every project.
Is a solid-color (no flake) finish available?
Yes. Commercial projects can be installed as solid color, light flake or full flake.
