Will the coating work if my basement gets damp?
Polyurea tolerates far more moisture vapor than epoxy. We test the slab at your estimate and recommend a moisture-mitigating primer if readings call for it.
Can you coat around a sump pump, drain or furnace?
Yes. We coat up to and around fixed obstacles and cut in cleanly at walls and drains.
Is there a strong smell?
The system is low-odor and cures in hours. Most homeowners are back in the basement the next day.
Can I put a rug or furniture on it?
Absolutely. Use felt pads under heavy furniture, and area rugs are fine. Just avoid rubber-backed mats in the first week.
Can my floor really be coated in one day?
