Our story
From one crew to a national team
We started in 2020, coating garages the way we would want our own done: grind the slab properly, repair every crack, use real polyurea instead of epoxy, and come back if anything ever goes wrong. Word spread. Today Comer & Cross crews install polyurea / polyaspartic floors across Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Georgia, and the standard has not changed.
We are BBB A+ accredited in Michigan, Illinois and Maryland, a Qualified Remodeler Top 500 company, a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave, and rated 4.8 stars on Google by thousands of homeowners.
What we believe
Four promises on every job
Our own crews
No subcontractors, ever. The people who quote your floor are the people who answer for it.
The right chemistry
Polyurea and polyaspartic, not epoxy, because we would rather explain the difference than redo the floor.
Prep is everything
Diamond grinding and crack repair on every slab. It is the step kits skip and the reason our floors last.
We stand behind it
A written, transferable 15-year warranty and a real Service Center with real people.
Respect for your time
On-time estimates, one-day installs, and a clean garage when we leave.
Made in the USA
American-made coatings installed by American crews.

Just had our garage done and I absolutely love their work! The workers were professional and thorough, and the price was fair with top quality. After searching many other companies, this proved to be the best decision. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

Reasonable price. Jake Rieger and Ben Clark did a wonderful job on our garage, driveway, porch and sidewalk, about 1,500 sq. ft., all in two days. They worked over 12 hours yesterday. We couldn't be happier with the end results. I highly recommend this company and especially these two guys.

My garage floor was heavily damaged and stained. Comer & Cross did a great job. I was extremely happy with the final product. Of course I drifted by every half hour or so to see what was going on. The employees were happy to answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. From pitted to perfect in 1 day. They truly did. 10 out of 10.

I had my new floor installed and chose a custom color pattern. It's even better than I could have imagined! The guys did such a good job on the installation. I'm half tempted to not put anything back in my garage. The picture doesn't even remotely do it justice. It just sparkles!

Excellent work from start to finish. They cleaned up everything before they left and went over the curing process also. Thanks Kasey and Rod for your excellent work. Job well done.
